Yes. All eligible injectables and related products sold through J Madison Spa qualify for the 10% member discount. Our team will confirm product eligibility at purchase and ensure points are awarded for both services and qualifying retail items.
Points accrue based on dollars spent on Botox, fillers, and products; accrual rates are explained at enrollment. Redeem points as credit toward future injections or services. Our staff can outline your current balance and suggest redemption options during appointments.
Membership cancellation policies depend on terms agreed at enrollment. Typically, you may cancel at any time, but monthly contributions already applied to savings or fees are non-refundable. Contact J Madison Spa to review your account and discuss pro-rated options or remaining points usage.
