Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Classic Lash Extensions - Fill.

We recommend fills every 2–3 weeks to replace naturally shed extensions and maintain fullness. Individual timing varies with your lash cycle and care routine; regular refills keep your look seamless and reduce the need for frequent full sets.

Avoid oil-based makeup removers, heavy mascara, and steam or saunas for 24–48 hours after a fill. Gently cleanse lashes and skip rubbing your eyes to protect bond integrity and prolong the life of the extensions.

When applied and maintained by a trained technician, fills should not damage natural lashes. Proper application, correct adhesive use, and appropriate refill intervals minimize stress on lashes and support healthy natural lash retention.

A typical fill takes 45–60 minutes depending on lash loss and desired fullness. Your technician will assess natural lash retention and replace missing extensions to restore a balanced, natural appearance.

Many clients with sensitivities can receive fills using hypoallergenic adhesives and gentle techniques. Please disclose allergies during booking so we can perform a patch test or adjust products to ensure comfort and safety.

For best results, schedule your first fill 2–3 weeks after a full set. This window allows natural shedding while keeping lashes full; subsequent fills every 2–3 weeks maintain the look until your next full set.
