How the treatment proceeds
When you arrive at J Madison Spa in Kingston you’ll settle into a massage chair while your feet soak in the spa’s jet tub. Your technician offers coffee, hot tea, or water and then begins nail and cuticle care, moving through the service with continuous attention to comfort and cleanliness during the 60 minutes.
The session is performed from start to finish by a nail technician who follows a set sequence: soak and initial assessment, nail and cuticle care, callus attention, exfoliation, the keratin-infused foot treatment with a warm wrap, massage, and a final polish of your choice.
Keratin and pumpkin steps
Exfoliation uses the Pumpkin Cream Whipped Sugar Scrub applied to legs and feet to remove surface dead skin and prepare the area for treatment. After the scrub is rinsed, a Keratin-Infused Foot Treatment is applied and the feet are wrapped in a warm towel to help the product settle into the skin.
Following the warm wrap, keratin is massaged into the feet and lower legs to distribute the product evenly and finish with circulation-promoting motions. If you have known sensitivities, tell your technician before the scrub so they can modify or skip steps as needed.
Local timing and logistics
J Madison Spa serves Kingston and nearby communities with easy access from I-81 and LCTA routes, making appointments convenient for commuters and event-goers headed to the PPL Center or riverfront parks. The spa notes busiest months are June, July, and August, so booking earlier in those months helps secure preferred times.
This pedicure is offered as a monthly special in October with seasonal pumpkin elements. Appointments that fit into lunch breaks or early evenings work well for local families and shift workers. Arrive a few minutes early to check in and let the technician know about any foot conditions or preferences.
